Promoting Smart Factory 4.0 for a smart and sustainable world
Machnika with its India partner Zhongke India will be launching at drupa 2024, promoting the concept of smart factory 4.0 and how it can assist smart factories in the print and packaging business set up and optimize cutting- edge technologies.
Smart Factory 4.0 integrates advanced automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and connectivity to create intelligent and adaptive shop floor environments. By leveraging real-time data insights and seamless communication between machines, processes, and systems, smart factory 4.0 enables unprecedented levels of efficiency, productivity, and agility in operations.
The company is part of a group company based in UAE, where other promoters are into smart city software and technology based software for PSUs. Describing the operation of Machnika, Rohit Rajpal, CEO and founder, Machnika explained, "Machine is communicating with machine. The AI-enabled devices called the IoT devices are connected to the multiple sensors of the machine, that derive the various data and gets collected by Machinka software. It is then carried forward to different concerned departments for analysis." One of the main advantage is that it can provide predictive maintenance which will help companies maintain their work efficiency and negate downtime.
He further adds, "It is a moment of pride for us as an Indian company is set to launch on the global platform at drupa." Machnika will be present at drupa 2024, in hall 11 booth D10
